MyAgentBase 4.5

MyAgentBase 4.5 makes it easier to plan office events and keep everyone in the loop. You can invite the right people, see who plans to attend, send updates when plans change, and create repeating events that fit your schedule.

Invite your team and track responses

When you create an event, choose whether it is for a few people, a team, or the entire roster. It works well for trainings, office meetings, open houses, and anything else that needs a head count.

Invitees can respond Going, Maybe, or Not Going directly in MyAgentBase. Organizers can check the attendee list and response counts in the event instead of collecting replies across text messages and email.

Send updates when plans change

Organizers can send invitation emails when an event is created, then choose whether to send an update when details change. Cancellations can also notify the people who were invited.

Each email includes the event details and a calendar attachment, so recipients can add it to the calendar they use every day.

Set a schedule that fits the event

In addition to standard daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly repeats, you can now set a custom interval. Repeat an event every 3 days, 2 weeks, 6 months, or whatever makes sense for your office.

You can also choose whether a repeating event continues indefinitely or ends on a specific date.

See the right calendar at the right time

Calendar filters let each person choose which shared calendars to display, along with optional birthday and open house calendars. Your selection only affects your own view, so everyone can keep the calendar set up the way that works for them.
