MyAgentBase 4.4

MyAgentBase 4.4 adds two new ways to keep the people and information around your business organized. Listings gives your agents a place to post and share properties, while Vendors gives your office a reliable directory for the partners you recommend every day.

Listings

Listings gives your team one place to create, share, and manage residential and commercial properties without leaving MyAgentBase.

• Create listings with prices, statuses, property details, MLS information, public links, and virtual tours.
• Upload photo galleries, choose a cover image, and add open houses, documents, and comments.
• Assign one or more listing agents from your roster so everyone knows who represents each property.
• Post private listings when a property should stay off the MLS, or share a complete listing page with the people who need it.
• Search, filter, and sort listings to quickly find active inventory, upcoming properties, and past transactions.
• Add the new Featured Listing widget to your Dashboard to highlight one property, rotate through listings at random, or display a current listing.

Listings is built to keep property information useful for the whole team, whether an agent is preparing a new listing or someone needs the latest details before a showing, conversation, or client call.

Vendors

We also introduced Vendors, a feature we had not formally announced yet. It gives your brokerage a dedicated place to organize the trusted partners that help your transactions move forward.

• Create a searchable vendor directory for lenders, title companies, inspectors, photographers, contractors, and more.
• Organize vendors into categories so agents can quickly find the right type of help.
• Store contact details, websites, service areas, social links, and notes in one profile.
• Hide vendors that should only be visible to office administrators.
• Feature vendor images in the Dashboard Image Carousel to keep preferred partners visible and easy to access.

Both features are available now. We hope they make it easier to keep your team informed, connected, and ready to help clients.
